Life is called a journey to be lived fighting and struggling for everything we want. Life is a beautiful gift of God. It is a boon to human beings. There are many who receive all life luxuries needed and useful for a happy and satisfied life, but there are many in number who have to make hardships for their livelihood. It is common to all. Basically, facing the struggles and difficulties in living a happy life make people bold, strong and confident. They even become more energetic, more bearable and more heavy build fighter who having faith in self, hit their problems with high raised confidence and stubbornness to win. As for example an iron is burnt in fire and the more it burns the more it becomes hard and strong. Same is with the humans, the more they collide with their hurdles and difficulties the more they become bold and intensely strong. After heavy struggled finishing, their will power and upgraded positive inspirational hybrid metal confidence enable them to win over their difficulties and obstacles smoothly. All this matters only with regular long practices and efforts. It is said that who competes wins.

Frustration is a common feeling which arises inside every human after a failure of success even after long efforts and struggles. Humans after all are humans. They have feelings, they have responsibilities, they have desires, they have goals, they want to achieve goals anyhow whether they are for their self-interest or for their family or society.  Frustration is something when one feels disappointed, failure, demoralized when desired ambitions are not completed. People have to struggle for their day to day life. They have to travel for their jobs, businesses, other workings of life requirements. They feel frustrated because of their everyday life working for their bread earning. Earning a livelihood is a common and topmost priority of all humans and many have to combat hard for all life requirements. Those who are daily wagers have to face many challenges in their life for common needs only. Frustration happens to all desiring people who want to rise high and have to establish themselves in their career. It is not easy to combat for life. Establishments in life means a lot of clamber, contests, collision fostering frustration and demoralization. It is common to all. Frustration degrades the high rising confident infrastructure and falters the raw building of successful goals. It is harmful and hazardous for an ambitious struggler.

There are many techniques and methods to avoid and cross over the frustration as taking deep breath and remembering the hardships and teachings of parents and teachers, remembering God and pledging not to afraid of obstacles and working more hard, absolutely approaching more positive beliefs of high segments of achieving of goals, resuming up with high motivational mind and energy. It is to believe that no one is there to help and you have to fight the battle alone and win, keeping this belief in mind, preparing with more confidence and even mindset. Independent approach for success will always help to get rid of frustration. Basically, frustration is a disease, may be called so, it burns positive energy into a negative energy. Negativity itself is a creative of failure. Better hush away the frustration and let the life built its destiny with joys and recreation. A happy mind and happy soul is always a winner. The mindset should be such that negative energy should anyhow not touch the outer line of confidence brought by high inspiration. A little success after a wait of long struggle, brings lot of hopes and win over frustration. All in short, it is good not to take anxiety for the failures, else go for the winning strike with more energy and confidence. Life is once, live it fully. No frustration, no negativeness can disable the planning of success in achieving the life targets. The key note ‘live and have a life’ will enlarge the morale, opening the doors of accomplishments of wishes. Don’t fear, don’t sit idle, don’t waste time, combat and repeat the combat. It is a life to be built up in your own way and style. So, play hard, play honestly, play in confidence, the win is yours.
